Special Features of Super Seed Crusher:- All the bodies, gear boxes and bearing housings are made of high grade cast iron
- All the parties have male and female seatings to get the perfect alignment
- All the shaftings are made from EN alloy steel which means no wear and tear, no twisting
- The main gear fitted on Gidgegeon bush, reduces the load on worm shaft. Thus, the shaft can be easily removed, without disturbing the gear box
- No need to remove 'U' bracket while changing the worm shafts
- Heavy duty Helical and Spur Gears and Pinions of hobbing cut, are used which run in the oil bath to ensure long life and silent operation. They can be driven in either direction of rotation
- All the gears have a running backlash when meshed at correct centres
- Extra reduction gears are fitted in the Intermediate and Side Gear Box for the division of the load
- Heavy duty Cylindrical Rollers, Thrust, Taper Roller and Ball Bearings are used
- Steam jacket is made from tested quality plates to uphold the steam and is provided with long and vertical types
- The worm shafts are made of case hardening steel, grounded and finished on the threads for maximum efficiency.
